He is not a juker, but a straight ahead power runner.  Needs to stick to that.

I stated below that I hoped he could at least play better than last game.

He has greatly exceeded my expectations.

But by now we know... Joe cannot bail the team out. He CAN make a play with lots of help, but he is simply incapable of winning a game on his back.

Milton is a very average SEC QB....It's just that simple.

We have a senior laden starting team with a 6th year QB and a coach that's supposed to be a offensive genius that didn't score or sniff a point the second half. Think about that.

Is it time to sink or swim with the freshman?

He needs to get game reps...as many as he can get or we will be going into next year with a green inexperienced QB with a team that has lost a butt load of senior starters.

I still say we will do our best to redshirt him....You can play in 4 games and I think he's played in 2.

The only area I?m really concerned about for next year is OL. All our starters are seniors who could still take their Covid year. But the younger guys behind them have shown very little so far. CJH needs to find out now if not yesterday what he?ll have to work with there, and then hit the portal HARD. Landing Seaton would help a lot, too.

Agree he is very average.  Maybe you can tell my buddy that blew up my phone during the game that Milton is not 'the worst ever' QB.

I might go below average though.

We did sniff points....were in the red zone twice and went for it and didn't get it.  In a closer game that would have been 2 FGs most likely.

I know that isn't a big improvement, but in the 4th we did at least start moving the ball some.
