Why? All those teams don't deserve to play for a championship. Their rosters don't look the same as the elite programs rosters. The elite teams will win the titles. _Plus they need to change the automatic tie-ins. The only reason for any expanded playoff is about the money, not the quality of teams in the playoffs or making the game better.
