..........that UT is #1 in spending on NIL.

I have no idea if that is true.

I read this week that the Tennessee AD has the largest recruiting budget in the SEC this year. I doubt that anyone really knows how much every school/collective is actually spending on NIL.

It was recruiting budget spent by the AD- mostly travel, since we recruit mostly out of state. NIL is separate, independent of the AD.
