SECN let him do an "All Time SEC East All Star Team"today, of all the greatest players on offense from 1992 to 2022.  He picked a majority of gators followed by all dawgs, with only one WR from Vandy in Jordan Rogers.

The vandy pick can be justified...Rogers was a hell of a reciever, but other than that, his mentality was "gators first, followed by their biggest rival".

I should say he lumped the whole OL together...a move at once lazy and disrespectful, and put the gator OL of 1995 no. 1.  I think that's very debateable, the Vols and dawgs have had many great OLs, but thats more of a detail.

He picked..Ike Hilliard?  As the other WR.  GMAFB! I don't think Ike Hilliard is even the best gator, let alone best from the East.

He picked as one of two RBs...Garrison Hearst.  Seriously?  Hearst was a bust IMO.  Jamal Lewis or Travis Henry >>>> Hearst.  Frankly uga sucked when Hearst was there anyway.

And...of course...there were two QBs so he picked Wuefeul and Tebow

Its true they both won NCs and Heismans, but I discount the Heisman. I think a case could be made for Peyton obviously but as usual Peyton was hurt by his inability to beat UF and/or win the NC.  But if championships was the standard, then Stetson Bennett could be it.

Anyway, it was a joke. In fact, one of the tweets they showed in response said exactly that. That Doering is a huge homer and his picks were a joke.

Why even bother letting this guy pick?  Last year's uga game was a very rare occasion in which he picked against the gators.  He almost always picks the gators even when they are big underdogs.

He's not an unlikeable guy aside from the homerism, but I can't stand how big of a homer he is. It should be embarassing to him.

Also he is kind of dumb...a lot of his comments are short of the mark and his predictions are often wrong.
