If you listen to the AD it is clear they had intended to let him coach till the hearing.
The leaks to the press screwed up that timeline
It seems to me that they are not being transparent at all

It had been reported he was fired. AJ Johnson got railroaded as we know, but for the love of God if you are going to jack off during "phone sex" pick someone other than an anti-rape activist  I don't see any way he survives this. Crazy story. |

The story is still bizarre, but makes more sense. It's sad for all parties, but he'll definitely get paid.
The twist is folks up the chain who ousted him may be without employment.

Well you wouldn't think phone sex could be coerced. I just saw the "news" on X yesterday. I'm pretty sure several national media ran with the fired story. Embarrassing at a minimum. Coach should have plenty of money to fight this and restore his reputation, or even "make it go away". Rick Pitino finally called the FBI & had one of his extramarital floozies charged with extortion. Glad I don't have a lot of money. I'd have probably been in all kinds of shizzle!  |
