SEC just has two teams in the women's top 25. My how the strong have fallen? They always used to dominate with numerous teams being ranked.

The women's game has grown a lot the last 5 or 6 years.  There are not a handful of teams dominating it anymore, although the few at the to are still pretty strong relatively.  There is a lot more parity overall though.
