We?ll see how it performs with 100k there. Now I just wish they could boost the towers in the surrounding area on gamedays. Modern tailgate parties require more bandwidth than ever, and it usually dies around 3-4 hours before kickoff.

IT wasn't bad last year There were occasions when it slowed down but even for games like uga it was adequate

Agreed. I was able to watch various other games on my phone all season. Never would?ve been possible before.

Is it strong enough to run a wifi hotspot from my phone to stream games on a Roku TV? I plan on trying that this year (I'll probably only be in Knoxville for one game, though).

Good question, I'm honestly not sure.

Gotta disagree here Pirate. I want UF to have a mediocre year (7 wins?) because I do not want Kiffin down there.

Speed test shows I'm getting 130mbps down/100 mbps up, for what it's worth. From my seat in PP.

To be clear, I?m not talking about inside the stadium. I?m talking outside, within about a 1 mile radius. That?s been a problem forever.

I didn?t spend all that much time outside the stadium on the phone Doubt it is improved though The full WiFi in the stadium was fantastic Best of any stadium I?ve been in, including pro stadiums

Agreed, WiFi in stadium was truly fantastic. It seems like a minor thing, but before this I couldn?t do anything on my phone during games? when the stadium filled up I would lose all communication with the outside world through Verizon. Simple things like texting a buddy ?did you see that play?!? or checking scores I can now do.

I was able to do that last year in the cocks game and uga game. my idiot friend wanting to actually talk to me on the phone during the (very loud!) cock game was a different matter. I had to keep telling him I could barely hear him and he just ignored me. I finally just told him I was hanging up.
