I'm sorry I missed this post some 12 years ago.  I see Barbi has not been on here since 2018..... I hope she is doing OK these days.  ANyone hear from her lately?


And oh boy, did y'all see all the posters that responded to this thread so many moons ago????  Dang I miss all of them.

BarbiVol passed away a few years ago.  I believe in 2020 because, if I remember correctly, I couldn't go to the funeral due to getting chemo for breast cancer.   I don't remember the month, but she had been sick for several years.  

Update:  BTW, It was April 2020 - here's her obituary.

I was afraid that was the case. I kind of remember that now.  I looked up Pirate's countdown post from last summer and didn't see her mentioned in the memorial part, but I guess I missed the mention.
