I don't have much hope for this year's team. But this guy appears to be doing everything right. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of squad he puts on the court.

Look at his stats. The man has not won a conference game. For that matter he hasn't won any games. Even worse, his teams have not scored. Fire him now! The numbers speak for themselves.
