Yeah we are going to tailgate this weekend

and yeah we will be doing something wild and crazy.  Right now i am thinking somehting to out Vandy Vandy when it comes to food.  I am thinking something like crab cakes and a Roasted Italian Tomatoa Bisque.  Something nice and simple ya know....

We will be there early and will have the tailgate trailer all set up for one last itme this year.

I still have that boudin from Volsphan. I had thawed it a couple of weeks ago thinking of the tailgate, but when it didn't happen I had it cooked on a smoker. I'd be happy to add some red beans and rice.
