Is it legal for a coach who is interviewing for a job at another school to speak to that school's visiting recruits while he is there for his job interview?

I have actually committed the entire NCAA rule book to memory.  If I were not pressed for time I would post all of the pertinent passages.

This I do not know, I think it would take a team of lawyers to decipher that which you ask. :( Kinda like the IRC. :o

If Tennessee stands to benefit, then no it's not legal.  If it's Bama, sure.
