Are you upgrading right away?  If so, get the Maxx.  The battery life just blows everything else away.  If you can wait, see if Apple comes out with a new iPhone at the WWDC in June, and then weigh your options.

It's my husband's anniversary gift from me...I will get his Thunderbolt :) he loves the Droids and I was already leaning toward the Maxx.  Thanks!
