...that they've accepted an invitation to perform at halftime of the Akron game on 9/22.  Unfortunately, they'll probably blow the Pride off the field.

Hopefully the Pride will bring back the Wizard of Oz routine at some point this season. That was the most entertaining halftime show I've seen in a long time.

If their past competition shows are any indication, get ready for something that looks more like a Vegas stage production than a marching band.  They go a little crazy with that stuff, but they're very entertaining.

Pearl-Cohn is one of the most entertaining bands I've seen. When I was in Nashville we'd go to at least one game a year just to see the band - but you gotta see them from the home stands. Also, their announcing is amazing: Catfish ???.

Maplewood is solid too. Their announcer is pretty funny. I love high school football.
