Can Powell repeat last year's dominance? Is Anderson County any stronger this year? (I know Davey Gillum told me before last season that he would be down for a year or so but he really felt like his incoming freshmen a year ago were good enough to compete for a state championship before they're through. Haven't heard anything else from him.) Is Campbell County really the sleeper that they're being made out to be? I know they're well-coached, but coaching only takes you so far as we all know and, well, Campbell County is still Campbell County.

One of the benefits of staying with the 6-class system is leaving that district intact. One of the funnest in the state.
