It's a beautiful day at Kiawah Island for the PGA Championship....

No, I'm not there but watching on TV. I have a house at Seabrook Island which is next to Kiawah. Rents this week are 2-3 times the normal rate. Someone asked me if I was okay with charging so much. My answer: I'm not gouging hurricane victims. I'm gouging rich golf patrons.
