Low does seem to confirm it was substance abuse.
I also agree 100% with this statement by Dooley:

Having said that, if he gets his shizzle together and comes back, I will support him like I would any other Vol player. And for his sake, I hope he does get his shizzle together. But from here out, let's go beat NC State, and then the one after that, and then the one after that....
