When an NCAA recruit signs a letter of intent, he agrees to allow his likeness to be used by the NCAA in practically every money making venture imaginable, even after he's out of college. IMO, I don't think it's right. O'Bannon is suing and trying to set up a class action. If he wins, the NCAA, ESPN and many others stand to have to fork over a pot-load of money.
