has delayed things.  No inside information, just a WAG.

And as that goes on, Strong is struggling with the tough decision. 

Another WAG....Strong will only be in play another day or two, and then Hart will move on.

People are saying that the fact that Strong chooses to represent himself is also complicating things, supposedly.
