I am getting really tired of having to use any form of the word hire in association UT Football.

Alabama hires people every year. It's ok as long as it's an upgrade as a coach/recruiter

All of bammer's guys go elsewhere to take promotions.  Most of the ones we lose are making lateral moves or even downgrades.
