He's had health issues for a while, now.  Looks like they have gotten the better of him:

To tell the truth, I haven't yet made up my mind on Hart.  In fact, I'm probably leaning toward the "disapprove" camp.  That said, another AD search is the absolute LAST thing we need right now.  Which is why I'm sure he's as good as gone, given our luck.
