We went to the our grandson's (James) Air Force JROTC Awards program tonight.....his high school has 192 cadets in their program.   They just got back from the Nationals last weekend and won 1st place for their honor guard and 5th place overall in the nation!   Tonight my grandson was awarded 12 ribbons for his accomplishments this year, PLUS he was chosen for a special award -- the Tuskegee Airman Inc AFJROTC Cadet Award. It is for Cadets who show promise in leadership!

He absolutely LOVES the JROTC!    We are very proud of him!  He has grown so much in 1 year....it's amazing!

Don't know if this will work....but James is now 15 -- he went from the long haired guy you see in my sig pic, to this in the last year!  HA!
