You just KNOW that an ump is gonna blow a tag call. 2007, now 2013. Oklahoma's tying run was clearly out at 3rd in the bottom of the 11th. This should be 1-0 Tennessee right now.

Yep.  Not to mention that the home plate ump missed an obvious strike 3 on the same batter a couple pitches before.  OU is good enough that they don't need any help- but with the partisan crowd, they're going to get it.

Not to excuse the blown calls, especially the missed third strike, but why was the outfield drawn in with 2 outs? If the outfielders would have been at normal depth, it's a fly out and not a "triple."

I would have brought in Ivy for the bottom of the 11th. Ellen had thrown more than 160 pitches. OK is a great hitting team and all they needed was for Ellen to fade.

Knowing when to change pitchers is the hardest thing about coaching. I was thinking about a change also, but its difficult to change when she had dominated them.

The outfield was in because the batters are slappers.     But folks, the error on first base that allowed the first base runner lost the game..period.  That catch was 2 outs and nobody on base.....must catch popups, even if the wind is blowing it around!!

Agree with the blown calls, and also this.  Wide open gap out there.
