I am picking up someone at Louisville, plane was supposed to take off at 9:49 in Denver. It is now 12:08 in Denver and the plane is still there, crew is late.

They have now said the plane will be at least 4 hours late. Pathetic. It seems every time I have dealt with United lately they are late
