The man is a Rock Star already and his first album hasn't even come out!  The whole staff is kicking arse!  Less than 42 days now!

I think besides endearing himself to fans with his personality, availability, social skills, enthusiasm, etc., he has answered one of the huge questions when he was hired---can he recruit in the SEC.  The answer is yes.  Questions remaining--can he coach in the SEC, and can he sustain high level recruiting and high level coaching over the long haul.  I am betting on him.
