Our friend, FL VOL is safely back from Afghanistan and enjoying a reunion with his family at Fort Campbell today.

Lyn sent me the UT flag just in time for it to be flown over COP Fortress just before we closed it down. I have all three of the flags shown, plus the 101st Airborne flag the was typically flown as well. Im keeping the US colors, giving the Afghan and 101st flags to two guys that are soon laving our platoon and the UT flag is (hopefully) being presented to the current coaching staff. We'll see how that works out

I just bet that Coach Jones will be honored to get it. And that sounds just like our Lyn to send you something that brought home just a little closer to you. Thank you for your service, and thank your family for hanging in there and keeping the light burning in the window till you came home.
