Per Wes Rucker on twitter.  I knew he was fast but not that fast...didnt know he was that strong either. He sais he was laser timed at 4.36

He has the tools if he could get his head right about taking contact. He has home run speed.

If Neal could have a breakout season, Tennessee could be on the verge of something really nice. Like IV says, the tools are there. He just has to get it straight upstairs.
