Go YouTube it if you haven't. Maybe Pac 12 officials just suck in general. (Obviously the Wisconsin QB didn't down the ball, but the officials whistled the play dead so the ball should've been set quickly and allowed Wisconsin to spike it.)

The no call was correct. QB did not take a knee he just put ball down.  It was a fumble at that point and AS actually recovered it. Either way, game over and poor game management.

It was not a no call. The officials (more than one) blew the play dead. That was the wrong call, but it was what it was. The ball should have been set instead of everyone standing around and arguing until the clock ran out.
