...by a TSA screener at the airport last night, that the Vols brought more fans to Eugene than any visiting team ever (at least that any of them could remember).  Well done Vols fans!

As I noted below everyone we met while in Oregon and especially at the stadium were cordial and represented their school well.  Other than nonexistent Internet connectivity the stadium is nice, unlike Cal's stadium a few years ago.

The four sections in the West corners where solid orange.

I wanted to come down and see you in Section 39 (I was sitting with Granny), but we walked to the other end to visit with my hosts.  The attached picture is from their seats and shows the Vols fans.

On the flight from Portland to Vegas, I sat next to a guy whose brother was #54 (Hamani Stevens) for the Ducks. He said his brother was the one who hurt Salisbury. He said his older brother is on the practice squad for the Redskins and played for Utah in college. This guy played for BYU and now works for Delta out of Vegas (though this was a Southwestern flight. He said that all the Delta flights were full of Tennessee Fans and he couldn't get a ticket. He was a nice guy and very complimentary of our fans and our team. He too said that our turnout was amazing.

Yep, I saw all the orange through the TV broadcast and was vary happy to see it. Way to go VOL faithful.
