Offense:
OL: played well.  In both the 2nd and 4th quarters we ran and made SC like it.  Yes the clown had a better game than last year but there were pretty long stretches, including the last drive where he was not a factor at all.
WR:  after North and Pig we were hurting today.  With Smith out we had to situationaloze our receiver sets.  A lot of times there were not good routes run.
RB: ran well and ran hard.  Lane was a little more patient than Neal at times to wait out the DL stunts and run where they vacated (the last run was a good example).  If they stay healthy we can run on anybody.
QB: I am still not sold on Worley.  Took care of the ball but there are still too many plays that leave you scratching your head.  He does seem to throw a better long ball than a short pass.

Defense:
DL:  played very, very well today.  Walls was outstanding and big Dan step up big in the 4th quarter.  Hood played very well. Vereen is a player.
LB:  played ok.  They were not outstanding but did not hurt us at all.  Yeah tackling and pursuit angles need to be worked on but they played better, steady ball.
DB:  Sutton is our best corner, period, dot.  Though Coleman recovered well from being toasted.  Again I thought Moore played well, in limited action.  I think that rather than play the who is in the game shuttle between Brewer and Toney we should have just stayed with Brewer.  There were several times today where every receiver was covered like a blanket.

The defense flat shut the chickens down in the 4th quarter.  Good pressure and good coverage.  They upheld Butch's faith when we punted for field position and it paid off with a victory.

Special teams:  other than an ill advised runout of a KO the ST played outstanding!

Coaching:  Butch and co out coached the obc today.  The staff put the players in a position to win and they answered.  We can't ask for anything more than that.

Go VOLS!!!

All men dream: but not equally.
Those who Dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds
Wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the
Dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they
May act their dream with open eyes, to make it Possible.
This I did.
—T. E. Lawrence,
The Seven Pillars of Wisdom
