It is interesting that I never heard the Air Boss (Alpha Bravo) declare weapons free.  Language near the end is NSFW.  FTR both of the bandits survived.
terminology:  
Angels refers to altitude referenced to a reference altitude.  They were not at 5,000 and 9,000 feet.
