It's a conspiracy...they know they blew the call in our game and are repeating the mistake to cover their tracks...they all stick together, right?

What is that old saying I keep hearing?  That referees do not like to make calls that decide a game in closing seconds.  Well Big 10 schools got both the phantom charges in last 10 seconds.

And yes I believe that NCAA lets them know what conference will get the close calls with the game on the line.  NCAA has declared Big 10 is the best conference this year based on RPI.
