watching my granddaughter play some softball....heard the Summit of Softball is a nice place.    Hoping to see lots of college coaches this weekend!  :)

It seems nice to me, but I don't really have much to compare it to.  I know they've drawn some big national tourneys to town since it opened a few years ago.  Be sure and eat at Southern Burger Company while you're out that way.

Hmmm, Madame Hussy: might just try and make it over to that venue and join you along with Karen. Have a schedule/team name? Been very hectic lately and working a lot of weekends, but right now after 3.5hrs sleep last night and nothing since 6am I'm tired an ornery. Might tell everyone where to go this weekend so I can enjoy a relaxing weekend. Keep me posted.

Hey Gregg,   They are playing at 3:30, field 3  and 6:30 field 8    They are the East Cobb Bullets - Legere

As long as the weather looks good, I'll be there wearing my EC Bullets gear!  :)  :)   They do wear orange, unfortunately, their colors are Auburn -UGH!    This is a college showcase tournament -- specifically for the college coaches to get a look at some young ladies!  Hoping my granddaughter and some of her teammates are a few they want to see play!  :)

BTW, Greg......the tournament is ongoing from Thursday - Sunday.  I know we have games Thursday, Friday and Saturday, then the results of those games determines who plays on Sunday in a single elimination tourney.
