However, the team and the staff played loose and aggressive.  The game was really chippy throughout.
Dobbs is still far from a good passing QB (threw for over 300 but left probably another 100 on the field) but he was actually looking for WR.  #3 step,up big tonight.  That is actually two games in a row where he has stepped up.  We threw more often to the TE, who were open a lot down the seam.
Dobbs has an issue throwing left to the sideline 15-20 yards down field.  Most of his big misses were in that direction.

On defense there were times we had trouble tackling in the middle of the game but we really tighten end that up in the 4th.  Big Mac had a lot to do with that, big game by him, very fired up.  I hope that Shy is back against Bamer because Acey Ducey are a good pair inside.
We still can't play zone and the staff finally pulled the trigger and played Martin after the last big bust.
Despite the drop TK played a very good game and I look for him to start against Bamer. He may have played the entire 2nd half
I don't think Burnett took a play off all night

Loved seeing Jack Jones on the field tonight.  He didn't make every block, but he gave 100% effort and never quit on a play.  He and Hall really grew up this afternoon.

i wanted them to start tonight
They played well.
Now they have extensive film against a quality opponent to review and learn from.
IMO our best line is Hall, Jones, Thomas, Robertson and Kerby

Turning point in the game.   They were solid with very few mistakes.

Yes it's about time the young OL got in.

Speaking of LBs...whatever happened to Bates?     Jumper is still listed in the two deep.  Dylan can't possibly be worse than that, can he?  Or did they move him to safety?
