Just another retirement ceremony, or something more?  I can't imagine that he'd go back to work for Irsay.

Looks pretty mundane. He can't retire as a Colt (and I'm pretty sure that isn't something he'd ever consider). Looks like Irsay just wanted to honor him, which I give Irsay credit for.

#18 is retired, and a statue is going outside the stadium.  Pretty cool.

Ok that's really a great honor -- glad the Colts are honoring Peyton like this!
