I'm researching the last play and see 7 UGA defenders in the end zone and 3 rushing the QB. I can't see anyone in between. I guess there could be an 11th defender out of the frame, but if so he would have been way out of position. Has anybody else noticed this?

In one end zone video, I counted 8 UGA players in the end zone.  So, if 3 rushed, they must have had 11 on the field.  Then again, maybe I miscounted.

Regardless...Kirby is still Not So Smart.  This is proven by the scientific method of watching him talk.

If UGA had 8 defenders in the end zone I can't spot em all. I've looked at the video and just can't see the 11th defender. Not saying he isn't there, just that if he's  there I have to agree with jvol that he must have been completely out of the play.
