Still a very long shot, but our odds of going are up dramatically.  Based on past analysis I think ESPN is giving us roughly a 20% chance to win once we are there (which is a weighted average against all potential West opponents, not just bammer).

Florida is down to a 6.5% chance to win conference:

So even though they are technically still ahead of us, we are favored to go over them.  Which is as it should be.

We are a 9:1 favorite against UK as well.  Should be a good game.
