1. That we not turn the ball over six times. 2. That we not allow a sack on JG in our second play from scrimmage resulting in a fumble inside our own 20 recovered by the gators for an easy TD. Odds of us winning are long, but they will improve considerably if we don't shoot ourselves in the foot multiple times this year.

Agreed.. For all that has gone wrong this year a win would be huge for this team. It all starts up front with the O-line and the running game. JG just needs to protect the ball and play smart. I would bring the house early on their backup qb and hopefully get him rattled then disquise and keep him guessing.Need a couple of turn overs to go our way this time. I like our chances with the early start time, may catch them sleep walking lol . Go Vols, stomp their eggs!!

We have been better each time we have taken the field.
The FL game plan will be to throw a lot, looks like. Secondary needs to show up and the DL needs to pressure Trask.
I think we make it a game, but lose about 27-20

We'll be up 4 and in the victory formation at our own 45 yard line with 10 seconds to go. We're high fiving, hugging our loved ones. Tweeting our glad tidings of how things finally went our way. JG will go to take a knee and the ball will inexplicably fly out of his hands, backwards, land at our own 2 where most punkish player on UF's defense will scoop it and fall across the goal line.
There will be a glimmer of hope as the play is reviewed to see if his knee was down before scoring... Before, of course, inevitably being ruled a touchdown.
However, 2 seconds remain. Chandler returns the ensuing kickoff to the house. We go nuts. It gets called back for a borderline holding call that could go either way. Just enough for us to fume about the rest of the season.
That's kinda my expectation. Or they beat us by 35.

Here are my expectations based on the history of the rivalry......Franks replacement has a career day and goes on to win the Heisman. Franks never see's the field again at UF. They seem to play over their heads and we seem to play terrible. It's a mental thing.

Maybe this is the year it will reverse. If there was ever a year the Vols could/should play loose, this is it for sure.

What was the year we had the walk on corner with a pick six early in the game? Was that Nathan Peterman's year?

On just pure talent I have never seen a player that was so fun to watch. That includes Jordan, LeBron and everyone else. Saw him play several games in person with the Nets back in the 70's when my dad was working at the World Trade Center. The Nets played in Piscataway. The Doctor just floated on the court. it looked like he hung in the air for ever.
