Last White Christmas we had here in West Tn was 2004.....We had 3 inches of sleet on the 23rd and then 4 inches of snow on top of that...Went a whole week the temps didn't get above freezing....Stayed on the ground and the streets slick for 7-10 days.

I grew up in KY and we had 3-4 White Christmas over the years....Started snowing one Christmas Eve at 10pm....Christmas morning we had 10 inches.
