Rumors Wright might follow....

We might not have a coach or team in a couple more weeks.

Best of luck young man. I'm sorry you never had a real position coach.

Just saw this on VQ, from Austin Price:

“ Wanya has not submitted paperwork as of this evening. That’s not to say that he won’t over the next few days but at this point he hasn’t. Ive heard for 3 weeks that Jerome Carvin is going to Indiana and he has yet to enter the portal. I’ve heard Calbert was going to go into the portal and he hasn’t. The thing about reporting on kids who aren’t actively in the portal is they change their minds so it’s a bit of a cluster.”

Yeah, I had seen that earlier this evening.  I was just adding what Austin Price posted a few minutes ago on VQ.

I'm hoping that the Price is right.

Hope he stays....Don't mind if Wright leaves, he's been awful.

The program is a mess right now and the silence the last 3 weeks isn't fair to the players....The clowns in charge need to crap or get off the pot.

yep

my guess is they, or at least some, want to build a case for having a cause to fire, but are having trouble getting there

end game may be to get Pruitt to settle for less than full buyout

complete WAG, I don't have any sources, just reading tea leaves and guessing

agree that whatever happens needs to happen pretty soon

I think the one of the real issues was the leak. If this were all on the background there likely wouldn’t be this turmoil. As is, it’s heightened all the uncertainty in the program.

It would be really interesting to know how this got out.

Yep...A couple weeks ago FL got some sanctions and Mullen got a 1 year show cause and nobody even knew it until it was announced. Shows in Knoxville that they want to bring the program down or someone on the inside wants to bring folks down. No way should a inside investigation be made public until the NCAA gets involved.

The leak to the media may be the biggest issue I have with the complete cluster. HC Pruitt or HC Whomever needs the full backing internally of the Athletic Department to be successful. This should have its own investigation if it has not had one already.
