Yes, LSU is attractive and baseball is venerated there probably more than anywhere else in the country.

That also means expectations are higher.  You have to not only go to Omaha every year but win some of them. 

Vittello is not likely to back down from that type of challenge, but I can assure you it will factor into his decision.  He can put his stamp on UT.  LSU he will almost certainly always be in the shadow of Skip Bertrand.
