Speaking Flat Rock, is our old friend still running the theater there? 

And it's the last business day of the month in the mortgage industry and you can still leave at 11:30?  Nice to be the big guy in the corner office.  My wife will be at her computer until COB, and probably later than that.

I haven't heard from Volveeta on this board or Facebook in a long time. I don't know if he still is at the Flat Rock Playhouse.

I just closed three cash purchases. I'm done for the month. No matter how busy I am I still don't schedule closings on Friday afternoon unless absolutely necessary. That fact is well known throughout the Greenville real estate community.
