With decent QB play we beat Pitt by double digits imo. Should have gotten that W.

Broncos win!  44-41.  In the end the vaunted Pitt D just could not stop the high flying Bronco offense.  They just gashed 'em up the middle on the ground on the final drive and could not be stopped from getting first down after first down.

Maybe it was the Big Game Hangover for Pitt after beating UT.

Maybe not.

A little bit of a hangover mixed in with not having the officiating crew faithfully on their side.  W Mich is not that bad either.  Probably as good as we are, roughly.

Pitt was always just a average team....Not much defense at all and zero running game....They had a QB that could throw it and run it when he needed and some WRs that could catch it....We made them look much better than they are.

I think that game said a lot about our D, unfortunately
