We got beat, they got embarrassed
At least ALL of our players showed up to play, the same can't be said of the pick-a-nicknames

Maybe just coincidence, but they looked like garbage ever since Bruce signed that big extension in-season.

Yep, pretty poorly coached to be honest.

I noted to a good friend, Auburn grad, after we beat them that their guard play would be their undoing and it was

Bruce's teams have always played "free" - the teams he coached here were.
In the SECT at Tampa the offense typically was pass the ball around for 25 seconds and then hope Tyler Smith could make a play

In his presser after the SECT loss, Bruce looked awful.  Worse I have ever seen him look.  Maybe he is just getting older and doesn't have as much energy. But.

I suspect the NCAA is still nipping at his heels in spite of the contract extension. And no way does Auburn do that without a rock solid "fire for cause" stipulation.  So 8-year extension or no, he can be fired for cause and he knows it.

That's 100% speculation on my part, but I will note that LSU also played like shizzle past a certain point in this season.

Frankly I hope they nail him. I have inside knowledge of some of the sleazy shizzle he did at UT that never made the headlines, and he is as bad as a certain other coach that got fired at a prominent program that I wont even name.  But trust me, we are better off without Bruce.

Guard play was always his fatal flaw at UT, too.  He could never land that franchise PG. Even when we THOUGHT we had one (Ramar Smith), he turned out to be a team cancer.

As much as we all hated Aaron Craft, I firmly believe that we would’ve won a NC if he had ended up In Knoxville.

Same.  I don’t have any info like you but he sure seemed and seems awful shady.
