I get why. Tamu has suxed this year, their starting QB is out, bammer wants revenge for the loss last year, Saban is pissed about the verbal fight between him and Jimbo, and it's in Tuscalooser.
Finebaum in particular keeps saying they can rest Bryce and still win "by three touchdowns". Again, I get it.
But...wouldn't it be hilarious if somehow Tamu defies those expectations, and it's at least close in the 4th? And see some shots of bammer fans puckering up in the stands?
It might be a 1 in 100 shot, but man would I love to see that.
