I think he likes his secondary getting 3 picks!

BTW, if you are at a game, you owe it to yourself to watch him call the secondary sets
He is constantly working his guys, fun to watch

Amazing synergy with this staff.  They all enjoy working together, it seems.

Of course, everything is more fun when you’re winning.

He's been getting a lot of criticism...good to see the DBs do well. He earned that celebration.

Since the Florida game there has been steady improvement
Hadden and Charles both were getting significantly better before their injuries
Turnage looked pretty much lost and has improved significantly with PT.
Slaughter got his chance with Tank's situation and his improvement from game 1 to game 2 was eye opening
Due to his work in the spring they put him at corner Saturday night (BTW, none of the talking heads on Knox radio had a clue about that)
and his performance in zone, man (press or off) was  impressive.  Is he all SEC caliber - no.  But he is good enough to be able to be worried about the other side

Hadden should be back Saturday
Will be interesting to see who the corners are
My bet is Slaughter and Hadden

A few other notes from Sat

Slaughter and Turnage were the only corners till their last drive in the 4th

Walker got the reps at Strong Safety when Tank wasn't in - roughly 1/3 of the time

That last KY drive in the 4th was extremely valuable IMO
It had our backups playing a 1st team offense
They had some issues but now they have film to learn from and I expect improvement as a result
