Jones was unusually quiet on Twitter the week leading to the game. He knew.  He hasn't said much on Twitter since the game ended. He has moved on to basketball

My guess is he said something critical.  Crapulari has struck me over the years as very thin skinned 

Side note...is Matt Jones the guy always spouting off about how much he hates the Vols?  I heard him ( I think) crowing after the JG meltdown in 2020...if that's the same guy, I can't stand the sombitch

Matt Jones is a douchebag. He's unprofessional and I don't feel sorry for him. But it is interesting to watch play out. He has the largest audience in Kentucky (as sports talk shows go), and Calipari refuses to go on, presumably because he got ticked at Jones for being critical of him. That says more about Cal than Jones, but what's interesting is to watch Jones try to navigate his UK fandom despite being snubbed by the face of the brand. Naturally, the majority of his followers side with Cal. But some don't. That'll be a good litmus test for how much UK fans are souring on Cal over time, because they'll start to gravitate towards Jones' side.
