Bryan Brown from Louisville could be interesting if he doesn't get the HC gig there.

Derek Mason is a three man front guy, but I'd absolutely be willing to change for someone of his caliber.

I may be a minority of one but I am far more interested in adding legitimate LB's & DB's than I am in changing coaches.

I'm not anti-Banks, but neither I am opposed to snatching up a proven coach. Our back seven is collectively slow as Christmas, but I have a difficult time believing we're worse than most teams in that department.

I agree. It is much tougher to scheme with players that are athletically inferior.

If CJH feels a change is needed, I’m for it. If he doesn’t, then I’m ok with giving Banks and staff time to recruit some kids and coach them up.
