Oklahoma drills are always acceptable on the lawn, regardless of damage inflicted. That's damage to the grass, which is far more important than players.

Just shows the difference in having a month to prepare for a team and having a week. The teams from the weak conferences can do okay with a month to prepare. But not so much with just a week to get ready. That's why the SEC does so well in the playoffs. They are used to just getting a week to prepare for a good team about every week of the conference season. Weak conferences don't have this pressure every week of conference games.
