Defensive blunders....base running blunders both like last year. Coaching needs to correct that. Last season we had home run hitters throughout the lineup. Don't have that this year....We need to be able to manufacturer runs this year and so far not doing that. Tony V gonna earn his money...hopefully....And LSU has probably put together about the best talent in the country.
I was encouraged that we at least came out and played them off their feet. I was worried this series might not even be competitive. But that 8th inning was just painful. Two easy outs, then an error, an infield hit (that should’ve been an out), a hit batter, and a bases clearing double. Boom. Game over.
