Eight SEC games with one annual opponent or nine SEC games with three annual opponents?

I'm not sure which way I favor. Nine games in this conference would be rough but if the playoff includes 12 teams, that might balance it out. However, with 3 annual opponents in a nine game SEC schedule, you would only have 6 games to squeeze in everyone else.

I have always preferred less SEC games. I don't see anything to sway me to nine.

Isn't that one game in an 8 game schedule UT vs. Bama, even though it might not be the third Saturday in October?

Doubt it. They’d almost certainly pair bammer and AU. We’d probably get vandy.

Well, that would be horrible to play Vandy rather than Bama.   

Honestly, that wouldn't bother me. It will tough enough as it is with nine games. Give someone else the tough schedule for a change.
